P1 screens are mainly trade fair stands or TV studios – when we need high image quality from a short distance, also for cameras. The P2 screen is mainly used at conferences – image quality over a larger surface area (e.g. PPT presentations). The P3 screen is for large surfaces, where the viewer's distance from the screen is large (e.g. outdoor concerts).
Yes, we always deliver the LED screen to the site, and assembly and configuration are always included in the service.
The price of an LED screen depends mainly on two parameters: the size of the screen (calculated in m2) and the type of screen P1, P2, P3…, which defines the total resolution, with P1 having the highest resolution. At the customer's request, the fee for a multimedia technician can be added to the price.
Yes, because we care about the best result for our product. Before the rental, we provide a pixel map (screen resolution in pixels), or we adapt the materials ourselves upon special request.
Transparent LED screens are most commonly used: at open-air concerts – they are lightweight and wind-permeable, for set design applications, e.g. masking speaker arrays, fashion shows, theatre stages – artistic visions. They are rarely used at conferences due to their lower resolution and lower contrast (every second vertical line is blank).
FLEX-type screens
We also offer screens of the type FLEX. These are special, lightweight screens that can be bent into concave or convex shapes. Ideal for use in stage design and at exhibitions.
Hire price of an LED screen, large video screen
The rental price of an LED screen or mobile LED display depends on its surface area and type: P1.9 screen, P2.6 screen, P3.9 screen, etc. Small screens are priced quickly, while large ones, especially tall screens, are more time-consuming to install and depend on the following factors: screen height, whether the screen is to stand on a base or be suspended, the type of structure, the number of technicians, lorry transport, and finally, we select the number of media servers – what processing power is required.

P2 LED screens
Currently, P2.6 LED screens are the standard used at conferences, both large and small, televised and intimate. Our solutions provide the highest image quality, tailored to these standards, and are ideal for events, concerts and hotel functions.
P2.6 screens feature very high resolution and brightness, which makes the image clear even from a great distance. As a result, they are ideal for a wide variety of spaces – from intimate gatherings to large-scale events.
What size is the LED screen?
LED screens / LED jumbotrons are built from several or many small modules. Thanks to this, we are not limited by the size of the projection screen or a single seamless screen panel. This allows us to build a screen of any size and – which is perhaps even more important – any aspect ratio. Therefore, hiring an LED screen means hiring many modules and the ability to arrange them however you like – according to your needs.
LED screen module
For example – a single P3 LED module measures 50×50 cm – depending on your needs, the screen size can be adjusted to fit the set design and the aspect ratio of the displayed image (16:9, 21:9, 4:3). The resolution depends on the size of the built screen – the larger the screen, the higher the resolution.
