Frequently asked questions - event technical support
The choice depends on the size of the room, lighting and number of participants. For small rooms (up to 30-50 people), large LED TVs (75-85 inches) will suffice. For larger spaces, modular LED screens (diode screens) are used, which are resistant to bright daylight and allow larger display surfaces to be created.
If we care about good video recordings, ordinary ceiling lighting casts shadows on the speakers' faces and looks unflattering on footage. Technical lighting (so-called white/front light) ensures the faces are visible, so it solves this problem.
In the event that there is an LED screen on stage (the screen emits strong light), it is required to illuminate the speakers from the front with technical, front lighting.
Additional RGB effect lighting for the room builds atmosphere and consistency with the brand's visual identity.
The standard is the format 16:9 (panorama). Files are best supplied in PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF format. If the presentation contains custom fonts or video, they should be embedded in the file or sent separately. Videos and multimedia materials are best embedded in the slides, within the presentation. It is also best to avoid links to online content. (internet connection required).
Basic sound and video equipment operates on standard 230V power supply. With extensive stage lighting or LED screens, heavy-duty power connections (16A, 32A or 63A 3-phase) located in close proximity to the stage or control room are essential.
Yes, professional technical support includes a team of technicians (sound engineer, lighting technician, video/streaming technician) who oversee the course of the event from the technical rehearsal to the dismantling.
The cost is affected by: the size and acoustics of the venue, the number of participants and speakers, the scope of the equipment (sound system, lighting, multimedia, LED screens), streaming requirements, the duration of the event (including set-up and dismantling hours) and the size of the production crew.
It is recommended to transfer all presentations to one dedicated video operator's computer, which eliminates delays and cable-switching issues. If the speaker must use their own equipment (e.g. for a live software presentation), a video switcher and appropriate adapters (HDMI/USB-C) are provided.
The broadcast can be streamed to open platforms (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitch), closed/business platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex) or to a dedicated landing page secured with an access code / paywall (this option requires the use of a dedicated player and CDN server / servers)
Raw video footage (so-called unedited footage from the vision mixer or individual cameras) is usually delivered within 24–48 hours of the event ending via a cloud server/FTP. Recordings requiring additional editing, post-production and the addition of graphics are delivered by an agreed deadline (usually 3–7 days).
